针对提高脉冲峰值功率的测量精度的目的,通过利用微波信号处理、信号峰值检波、信号采样和数据处理相关理论,以AD8318对数检波芯片和AD9238高速A/D芯片为核心,以STM32为计算显示平台,构成脉冲峰值功率测量的设计方案,并通过标准功率源进行了测试,试验证明该方案设计的脉冲峰值功率仪实现了对脉冲峰值功率的准确测量。

According to improving the measurement accuracy of peak power,through the use of microwave signal processing,signal peak detector,the signal theory of sampling and data processing related to logarithmic detector chip AD8318 and high-speed A/D chip AD9238 as the core,calculated and display platform which based on the STM32,constitutes a measurement of pulse peak power design.A test has been made for the system by the stand power source.The test proved that the design of the pulse peak power meter realizes the accurate measurement of pulse peak power.
