Relationship between teachers and students has vital influence on instruction in high schools. Establishing a kind of concordant teacher-student relationship is of great benefit to improve instruction effect. In the paper, objective demands for teacher-student relationship in high school instruction are discussed, major factors influencing the relationship between teachers and students are analysed, and suggestions on establishing concordant teacher-student relationship are provided as well.
