为调查南宁地区水牛场中水牛球虫流行状况,通过对粪便中卵囊计数,对感染率和感染强度2项指标进行计算。调查结果显示,巴氏艾美耳球虫、牛艾美耳球虫、邱氏艾美耳球虫感染率较高,说明上述3种球虫感染较为普遍;而巴氏艾美耳、椭圆艾美耳以及阿拉巴马艾美耳球虫感染强度较高。调查结果对于研究制订水牛球虫病的预防和治疗措施有重要意义。

To investigate the prevalence of water buffalo coccidiosis in Nanning Area,infection rate and infection intensity were caculated by counting of the oocysts in the buffalo faeces.The results showed that infection rate of Eimeria bareillyi,Eimeria bovis and Eimeria zuernii remained high,which suggested that prevalence of these Eimeria species were common.The infection intensity of Eimeria bareillyi,Eimeria ellipsoldal and Eimeria alabamens were high.The investigation results were representative and instructive in the prevention and treatment of buffalo coccidios.
