目前,随着摩托车污染物排放"国Ⅲ"标准的实施,各大化油器生产厂家需要根据新标准对化油器系统进行研究、改进。化油器相比于电喷系统来说,存在不能根据不同工况适时精确调整空燃比的缺点,这在某种程度上限制了它的发展。但因其具有体积小、结构紧凑、价格便宜等优点,长期以来被广泛应用在摩托车发动机上。相关资料表明,在未来的一段时间之内,精调化油器+尾气后处理或电控化油器+尾气后处理等技术改进方案,将成为摩托车应对"国Ⅲ"排放标准的强有力措施。

The implement of"CHINA stage Ⅲ"on motorcycles pushes the manufacturers to improve the carburettor system. Since carburettors have the advantages of small size, compact structure and affordable price, they has long been widely used in motorcycles. But compared with the EFI system, carburettors have their own restraints, especially they cannot adjust air-fuel ratio accurately according to the different working conditions. According to the results of Information, when talking about the "CHINA stage Ⅲ", FES(Fine-tuningExhaust-processing system) and EES(Electronic-controllingExhaust-processing system) will be the two optimal choices for motorcycle carburettors in a long period of time. And what's more, these two systems will be the development directions of future motorcycle carburettor.
