针对当前普遍存在的商业区停车难问题,设计了一种机械式立体停车库——升降横移式立体停车库。在阐述方案设想和基本工作原理的基础上,运用力学理论对该升降横移式立体停车库的结构进行了全面分析,完成了主要部件的设计。采用先进的PLC技术,控制载车板纵横传动装置完成对车辆的存取操作。同时,根据升降横移式立体停车库的结构特点,设置了必要的安全装置,保证整个车库安全平稳运行。

Focusing on the prevalent parking problem of commercial district,this paper has designed a kind of mechanical parking equipment lift shifting type parking equipment.On the basis of elaborating program envisages and basic working principles,this article analyzes comprehensively the structure of lifting shifting type by using principles of mechanics,finishing the design of the main components.The article uses advanced PLC technology to control vertical and horizontal transmission equipment of the car boards so as to finish access operation.At the same time,according to the structure features of lift shifting type parking equipment,the article has set necessary safety devices to ensure the whole garage operation safe and smooth.
