Combing with the prodcution characteristics of PVC by suspension method, how to establishment the determination system of quality management were discussed. The correlation of three aspects were analysed, including precontrol, middle control, afterwards control. Corresponding relation between determiantion items of afterwards control and existing problems of pvc production were disucssed. The reference of quality standards was the demand of custome.
