设计一种对材料抗腐蚀能力测试装置,在高酸性管道环境中对试件加载恒定拉力并测试记录多材质、多尺寸试件所受拉力的变化。先后进行了实验流程、试件及加载装置、拉力及时间测控系统等系列设计和研制工作。经过多次运行和调试,装置各项指标均达到设计要求,具有一定的创新和实用性。

Here introduce a device to test the resistance of material to corrosion. In the high acidic environment of the pipe, this device gives different specimen a constant tension every time and records the data of deformations. The system includes experimental procedure, specimen, loading device and the force-time monitoring. The results of experiments show that this device can achieve the standard of the original design, and be useful to the practical application.
