High-qualified professional faculty is an important guarantee of vocational college's development and the fundament of personnel training objectives. The paper holds that guided by the theory of modem human resources, the HR in higher vocational college should try to expand the channels of recruitment, innovate the incentive system, improve the training programs, and establish a scientific evaluation system so as to give full play to the four core functions of human resource management sectors- the assignment, motivation, evaluation and development of human resource program.
