某型驱动桥在道路试验过程中,多台样桥在环焊缝处出现不同程度的断裂,针对此种情况,我们利用三维软件SOLIDWORKS及有限元软件NASTRAN对该桥重新建模、分析,基于分析结果优化了桥壳壳体结构,降低了环焊缝处应力值,使该桥顺利通过道路试验。
某型驅動橋在道路試驗過程中,多檯樣橋在環銲縫處齣現不同程度的斷裂,針對此種情況,我們利用三維軟件SOLIDWORKS及有限元軟件NASTRAN對該橋重新建模、分析,基于分析結果優化瞭橋殼殼體結構,降低瞭環銲縫處應力值,使該橋順利通過道路試驗。

During the road test of a drive axle, Fractures appeared in several prototypes to some extent, in view of this case, we rebuilt the geometrical model for the drive axle using the 3D software SOLIDWORKS and solved it using the FE software NASTRAN; Based on the solution results we optimized the mid-section structure, making the stress level at the loop weld seam lower. As a result, the drive axle passed the road test successfully.
