文章研究了机械惯量电模拟的原理和实现方法,首先采用Kalman滤波器来观测电机的轴扭矩,然后根据惯量电模拟的原理来控制电机的电磁转矩,从而使电机系统的动力特性与机械惯量飞轮一致。最后在Matlab/Simulink环境下建立了变速器试验台模型,汽车的等效惯量采用电模拟方式实现,Simpson自动变速器升档加速过程的仿真结果表明,电模拟方式具有与机械模拟一致的动力学特性。

Principle and realization of mechanical inertia electrical emulation are researched. Kalman filter is adopted to observe the shaft torque of the motor, and then the electric-magneto torque of the motor is controlled according to the emulation principle, so the dynamics of the motor matches with the mechanical flywheel. The simulation model of transmission test rig was developed using Matlab/Simulink, and inertia electrical emulation replaces the vehicle effective inertia. The simulation results of gear-up process for Simpson automatic transmission indicate that the inertia emulation has the same dynamics as the mechanical emulation.
