近年来,棚室番茄因连续种植而导致的重茬病发生严重,常导致植物生长缓慢,产量下降,品质变劣。连作还会导致土壤环境受到破坏。为了解决番茄重茬问题,以番茄品种金鹏为试材,研究了微生物杀菌剂"10亿芽孢/克枯草芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂"不同施用量(0.5 g穴/、1.0 g穴/和1.5 g穴/)对番茄重茬病的防治效果及其对番茄产量的影响。结果表明:施用微生物杀菌剂0.5~1.5 g穴/能够有效控制番茄重茬病的发生,防效为59.1%~98.9%,且能够显著增强番茄的生长势,提高番茄果实产量和品质。其中施药量为1.5 g穴/时防效最好(98.9%),番茄产量最高为227 472.3 kg/hm2,较CK增产97.2%。在番茄生产中施用微生物杀菌剂是防治重茬病的有效手段,具有较好的应用前景。

Recently the continuous cropping disease of tanato was serious,which caused the slow growth,yield reduction,quality deterioration,and destroyed soil environment.The effects of microbial fungicide 1.0×109 spores/gram Bacillus subtilis WP on controlling the continuous cropping disease and yield of tomato were studied.The results showed that the application of 0.5 g,1.0 g and 1.5 g microbial fungicide in one point could effectively control the disease,and the control effect was 59.1%,81.0% and 98.9%,respectively.And it could significantly improve the growth vigor,and increase the yield and quality of tomato.The yield was the highest(227 472.3 kg/hm2) with the 1.5 g microbial fungicide,which increased by 97.2%.
