在低温和低温弱光逆境下,对4份不同辣椒材料苗期叶绿素含量、叶绿素a与叶绿素b比值(chla/chlb值)、叶面积、株高的变化进行了研究,以评价辣椒不同材料苗期耐低温弱光性的差异。结果表明:弱光降低了辣椒对低温的敏感性和chla/chlb值,促进了叶绿素含量、叶面积和株高的增大;不同辣椒材料对单一低温和单一弱光的反应存在差异,同一材料对低温和弱光耐受性的表现也不一定完全协同。其中,JR最耐低温而对弱光的耐受性一般,MDN最耐弱光而对低温的耐受性一般,这2份材料对低温和弱光的耐受性表现为不协同性;新丰9919既不耐低温也不耐弱光,原913对低温和弱光的耐受性中等,这2份材料对低温和弱光的耐受性表现为协同效应。对不同的辣椒材料进行低温、弱光耐受性鉴定时,应该把低温和弱光的作用分开来分析,这样才能更准确地建立辣椒苗期低温弱光耐受性评价指标体系,并用于品种选育和相关的遗传研究。

재저온화저온약광역경하,대4빈불동랄초재료묘기협록소함량、협록소a여협록소b비치(chla/chlb치)、협면적、주고적변화진행료연구,이평개랄초불동재료묘기내저온약광성적차이。결과표명:약광강저료랄초대저온적민감성화chla/chlb치,촉진료협록소함량、협면적화주고적증대;불동랄초재료대단일저온화단일약광적반응존재차이,동일재료대저온화약광내수성적표현야불일정완전협동。기중,JR최내저온이대약광적내수성일반,MDN최내약광이대저온적내수성일반,저2빈재료대저온화약광적내수성표현위불협동성;신봉9919기불내저온야불내약광,원913대저온화약광적내수성중등,저2빈재료대저온화약광적내수성표현위협동효응。대불동적랄초재료진행저온、약광내수성감정시,응해파저온화약광적작용분개래분석,저양재능경준학지건립랄초묘기저온약광내수성평개지표체계,병용우품충선육화상관적유전연구。
In order to indentify the differences in the reaction to poor light and low temperature among different pepper materials at seedling stage,the changes of chlorophyll content,chlorophyll a/chlorophyll b(chla/chlb),leaf area and plant height were studied under the stresses of low temperature and low temperature and poor light.The results indicated that poor light reduced the sensitivity to low temperature and chla/chlb,and increased the chlorophyll content,leaf area and plant height.There were differences in the reaction to poor light and low temperature among different pepper materials.Low temperature and poor light tolerance was incompletely coordinated for the same pepper material.JR had strongest tolerance to low temperature but the moderate tolerance to poor light,MDN had the strongest tolerance to poor light but the common low temperature adaptability,and the two pepper materials were incoordinate in the tolerance to low temperature and poor light.Xinfeng 9919 was not tolerant to low temperature and poor light,Yuan 913 had the moderate tolerance to low temperature and poor light,and the two pepper materials were coordinate in the tolerance to low temperature and poor light.We should separately analyze the effects of low temperature and poor light,when we indentified the tolerance to low temperature and poor light of different pepper materials,so that we can more accurately establish the index system of low temperature and poor light adaptability at seedling stage of pepper,and use it in the variety breeding and genetic research.
