以邻甲苯胺为原料,以冰醋酸为酰化试剂来合成邻甲基乙酰苯胺,考察影响酰化反应的主要因素,结果表明最适宜的反应条件是:锌粉冰醋酸的用量为邻甲苯胺:锌粉=0.1mol:0.1g。n(冰醋酸):n(邻甲苯胺)=5:1;分馏温度控制在100~105℃,最终所得产品收率可达81.5%。
以鄰甲苯胺為原料,以冰醋痠為酰化試劑來閤成鄰甲基乙酰苯胺,攷察影響酰化反應的主要因素,結果錶明最適宜的反應條件是:鋅粉冰醋痠的用量為鄰甲苯胺:鋅粉=0.1mol:0.1g。n(冰醋痠):n(鄰甲苯胺)=5:1;分餾溫度控製在100~105℃,最終所得產品收率可達81.5%。
이린갑분알위원료,이빙작산위선화시제래합성린갑기을선분알,고찰영향선화반응적주요인소,결과표명최괄의적반응조건시:자분빙작산적용량위린갑분알:자분=0.1mol:0.1g。n(빙작산):n(린갑분알)=5:1;분류온도공제재100~105℃,최종소득산품수솔가체81.5%。
2-Methylacetanilide was synthesized with O-toluidine as raw material and acetic acid as reagent of acylation.The factors that have influence on the action were investigated.The results showed that the optimal condition were molar ratio of Zinc of dosage with ratio of 2-toluidine to Zn 0.1mol:0.1g,the molar ratio of 2-toluidine to acetic acid 0.2:0.5;acylation 100~105℃,the yield of 2-Methylacetanilide such conditions was about 81.8%.
