Detailed descriptions of the effect on desorption/hydrolysis waste water by the formaldehyde introduced by the urea system is given.With the combination of theoretical analysis and experiment the effect on pH,conductivity and NH3/N2 contained in desorption/hydrolysis waste water by formaldehyde in respects of production process,chemical reactions among the media and laboratory analysis is discussed;meanwhile,an indirect effect on the index of desorption/hydrolysis waste water by the start-up/shut-down of dehydrogenation reactor,the addition of hydrogen peroxide also analyzed and certain suggestions reducing the effect on the waste water by formaldehyde put forward.
