在已有的美术教育专业办学条件基础上开办艺术设计专业，这是我省地方高校艺术设计专业的共同特点。近年来，随着该专业办学规模的不断扩大，艺术设计实践性教学环节薄弱，学生动手能力不强，实践机会较少等问题日渐突出。以楚雄师范学院艺术设计专业为例，旨在探讨艺术设计专业人才培养过程中实践性教学环节中出现的多方面问题，以便不断改进人才培养模式，提高人才培养质量。

The establishment of art layout education on the basis of the fine arts is popular in Yunnan local universities. However, with the development of art layout education, there exist some problems in the art layout exercises such as lack of practical opportunities, students＇ poor skills in practice, and etc. Taking as the case Chuxiong Normal University, the present paper mainly argues the innovation of practice teaching program for art layout majors, so as to optimize the talent - cultivation mode and improve the teaching quality in art layout education.
