本试验对20名经过训练的男大学生分别在常氧和低氧(PO2=15~18)下使用MetaMaxⅡ心肺功能仪进行安静和运动时的呼吸商(RER)测试实验,发现呼吸商值与文献报道不一致;并发现低氧的摄氧量(VO2)比常氧的摄氧量(VO2)的值高,都有非常显著性差异(P〈0.01),而二氧化碳排出量(VCO2)变化不大.分析原因是MetaMaxⅡ心肺功能仪定标时输入的混合气体中的氧浓度和二氧化碳浓度与测试环境不一致所致.

본시험대20명경과훈련적남대학생분별재상양화저양(PO2=15~18)하사용MetaMaxⅡ심폐공능의진행안정화운동시적호흡상(RER)측시실험,발현호흡상치여문헌보도불일치;병발현저양적섭양량(VO2)비상양적섭양량(VO2)적치고,도유비상현저성차이(P〈0.01),이이양화탄배출량(VCO2)변화불대.분석원인시MetaMaxⅡ심폐공능의정표시수입적혼합기체중적양농도화이양화탄농도여측시배경불일치소치.
20 male college students were trained in normoxia and hypoxia(PO2=15~18),tested respiratory quotient(RER)use the MetaMax Ⅱ MetaMax Ⅱ Portable CPX system during quiet and exercise,it was found that RER values reported in the literature Inconsistent;and found hypoxia VO2 was higher than normoxic VO2,there was a significant difference(P0.01),while VCO2 was changed little.Analyzing the reason,we can conclude that MetaMax Ⅱ calibration gas mixture entered when the oxygen concentration and carbon dioxide concentrations is inconsistent with the test environment.
