为实现植物样品中痕量多环芳烃(PAHs)的简单、快速、准确、高效分析,利用气流式微注射器萃取技术(GP-MSE)结合GC-MS检测植物(落叶松、旱柳和侧柏)叶片中的PAHs,通过加标回收率评价了方法的准确性,并通过定量离子色谱图分析了目标物的定量干扰.结果显示:供试6种PAHs的方法回收率分别为60.81%-119.83%,69.26%-116.68%和62.82%-104.71%;相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为0.92%-16.56%,6.71%-12.34%,3.57%-14.06%.定量离子色谱图的分析表明,该方法不需采用其他净化技术,6种PAHs分离效果好,定量离子基质干扰少,可用于植物叶片中PAHs的检测分析.

To achieve a simple,rapid,accurate and efficient analysis of PAHs in plant samples,the gas purge microsyringe extraction(GP-MSE) combined with GC-MS is applied to determination of PAHs for plant leaves(Larix gmelinii,Salix matsudana koidz,Platycladus orientalis(L.) franco).The accuracy of this method is evaluated by spiked recoveries.The quantitative interferences of targets also are analyzed by quantitative ion chromatograms.The results show that the recoveries of six PAHs for plant leaves are 60.81%-119.83%,69.26%-116.68% and 62.82%-104.71%,with relative standard deviations(RSD) 0.92%-16.56%,6.71%-12.34%,3.57%-14.06%,respectively.The quantitative analysis of ion chromatograms further indicates that the separation effect of six PAHs is good and has little matrix interferences without any clean-up course.Therefore,it can be used for the determination of PAHs in plant leaves.
