在剖析区域货物综合运输系统构成情况的基础上,将影响网络容量可靠性的诸多要素分类,提出了综合运输系统即为复杂的COVIE系统这一概念。同时以综合货运网络描述模型为依托,采用较为成熟的网络保留容量概念,从COVIE系统的5个组成部分与货运网络容量的供给、需求和可靠性的关系出发,构建综合货运网络的可靠性分析框架及模型。
在剖析區域貨物綜閤運輸繫統構成情況的基礎上,將影響網絡容量可靠性的諸多要素分類,提齣瞭綜閤運輸繫統即為複雜的COVIE繫統這一概唸。同時以綜閤貨運網絡描述模型為依託,採用較為成熟的網絡保留容量概唸,從COVIE繫統的5箇組成部分與貨運網絡容量的供給、需求和可靠性的關繫齣髮,構建綜閤貨運網絡的可靠性分析框架及模型。

Based on analyzing the composition of the regional integrated freight transportation system,the various elements which would affect the reliability of network capacity were classified.Then a new concept that the integrated transportation system is a complex COVIE system was put forward.Based on the description model of the integrated transportation network and adoption of the network reserve capacity concept,the relations between five components of the COVIE system and the supply,demand and reliability of the freight network capacity was analyzed.Finally the reliability analysis framework and model of the integrated freight transportation network were proposed in this paper.
