数控工作台是一个复杂的非线性动力学系统,为辨识非线性动态特性,必须弄清数控工作台的组成,建立其力学模型和数学模型。本文建立了数控工作台的物理模型,分析了各组成部分的连接关系;用混合建模方法对各个部件分别建模,综合各个部件的模型得到整体模型。混合模型考虑了滚珠丝杠的分布质量、摩擦和间隙的非线性,对研究数控工作台的非线性动态特性具有实际意义。
數控工作檯是一箇複雜的非線性動力學繫統,為辨識非線性動態特性,必鬚弄清數控工作檯的組成,建立其力學模型和數學模型。本文建立瞭數控工作檯的物理模型,分析瞭各組成部分的連接關繫;用混閤建模方法對各箇部件分彆建模,綜閤各箇部件的模型得到整體模型。混閤模型攷慮瞭滾珠絲槓的分佈質量、摩抆和間隙的非線性,對研究數控工作檯的非線性動態特性具有實際意義。

NC (Numerical Control) table is a complex nonlinear dynamic system. Its composition should be expressed clearly and its mechanical model and mathematical model should be established in order to identify its nonlinear dynamic characteristics. The physical model is established and the link relationship of all components is analyzed. The branch model of every component is established separately via hybrid modeling method and the whole model is established via synthesize all the branch models. The hybrid model of NC table has practical signification for research on the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of NC table because it has considered the distributed mass of the ball screw and the nonlinear properties of friction and clearance.
