以两个风信子品种为试验材料,采用石蜡切片技术,对两个品种花芽分化的过程,以及花芽分化期间可溶性糖含量、蛋白质含量和过氧化物酶活性的变化进行了研究。结果表明:1)可溶性糖含量呈逐步上升趋势;2)蛋白质含量在花序原基出现前逐步下降,花芽分化开始时达到最低值,花序分化期回升,小花分化期又下降;3)过氧化物酶活性表现出下降—上升—下降的变化趋势;4)花芽形态分化可分为未分化期、花序原基分化期、花序轴伸长生长期和小花分化期四个时期,完成花芽分化约需60 d。
以兩箇風信子品種為試驗材料,採用石蠟切片技術,對兩箇品種花芽分化的過程,以及花芽分化期間可溶性糖含量、蛋白質含量和過氧化物酶活性的變化進行瞭研究。結果錶明:1)可溶性糖含量呈逐步上升趨勢;2)蛋白質含量在花序原基齣現前逐步下降,花芽分化開始時達到最低值,花序分化期迴升,小花分化期又下降;3)過氧化物酶活性錶現齣下降—上升—下降的變化趨勢;4)花芽形態分化可分為未分化期、花序原基分化期、花序軸伸長生長期和小花分化期四箇時期,完成花芽分化約需60 d。
이량개풍신자품충위시험재료,채용석사절편기술,대량개품충화아분화적과정,이급화아분화기간가용성당함량、단백질함량화과양화물매활성적변화진행료연구。결과표명:1)가용성당함량정축보상승추세;2)단백질함량재화서원기출현전축보하강,화아분화개시시체도최저치,화서분화기회승,소화분화기우하강;3)과양화물매활성표현출하강—상승—하강적변화추세;4)화아형태분화가분위미분화기、화서원기분화기、화서축신장생장기화소화분화기사개시기,완성화아분화약수60 d。
The changes of total soluble sugar,protein content and peroxidase activity in different periods of the two cultivars of Hyacinthus orientalis are determined;and based on paraffin section technology,the flower bud differentiation process of two cultivars is studied.It is found that the content of soluble sugar shows a gradually rising trend;the protein content drops gradually before the inflorescence anlage,achieves the minimum value when the flower bud differentiation starts,rises during the inflorescence idiophase,and drops in the floret idiophase;the POD activity displays the change tendency in which it drops first,rises again and then drops;and the bud form differentiation can be divided into four periods including undifferentiated period,inflorescence anlage differentiation stage,inflorescence axial elongation growth period and floret differentiation stage.The complete bud differentiation process needs about 60 days.
