通过对石油销售企业的分析,介绍了石油销售企业ERP的业务流程,采购业务、销售业务的概要设计。对公司内部业务流程和管理过程进行了优化,但是因为ERP系统是不能完全覆盖和满足全部企业软件的功能和需求,因此ERP与其他外围系统接口应运而生,实现了企业内部财务和业务的协同、供应链与销售链的协同。
