从教学控制论的观点,揭示了教学过程是教与学之间信息传递及反馈的控制过程。简单描述了教学系统信息流程及内含的三条反馈回路;分析概括出教学反馈信息的基本功能;突出了反馈在教学系统中的重要地位。结合教学实际,阐述了教学反馈存在的形式、获取的途径、分析的方法、评价的原则以及如何发挥教师主导作用、调动学生自控主动性等问题。旨在说明只有重视反馈、研究反馈、充分正确地利用反馈,才能实现对整个教学过程的优化调控,提高教学质量。

Based on teaching control theory,teaching process is viewed as the control process of infor-mation transmission and feedback between teaching and studying.Simple description was made of three feedback loops about teaching system's information flow and content,the basic function of teaching feed-back was summarized,and feedback's important position in teaching system was highlighted.Based on teaching reality,elaboration was made of teaching feedback forms,ways of access,analytical methods,appraisal principles,ways for teachers to play the leading role,stimulation of students' automatic con-trol initiatives and so on.Only by valuing,studying,sufficiently and correctly applying feedback,could optimization control of the whole teaching process be realized and teaching quality be improved.
