目前，学术造假呈现出多样化趋势，出现了新的特征。从本质说，学术造假即是学术腐败，可视为社会腐败的延伸。要从根本上遏制学术造假，净化学术风气。一方面要完善相关法律法规、加大惩治力度，做到有法可依、执法必严；另一方面要积极推进相关体制机制改革，尤其是高校体制和职称评聘制度的改革。

Recently, academic misconduct tends to be diverse, and some new characteristics occur. Actually academic misconduct means academic corruption which is the extension of social corruption, so it should be cracked down. In order to crack down on academic misconduct thoroughly and clean up the academic climate, two aspects should be improved. On the one hand, legal system should be improved, not only severe punishment, but its strict performance. On the other hand, relevant system should be reformed accordingly, especially the system of high education and its evaluation of professional ranks
