采用均匀设计的方法对超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)树脂的溶胀试验进行系统分析,并用偏最小二乘法建立二级回归模型,对溶胀温度、溶胀时间和溶胀比的决定系数R2,由一级回归的0.967 9、0.935 9和0.944 8分别增加到二级回归的0.974、0.944 9和0.945 7。结果表明,回归模型得到优化的试验条件,能更好的评价UHMWPE的溶胀特性。
採用均勻設計的方法對超高相對分子質量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)樹脂的溶脹試驗進行繫統分析,併用偏最小二乘法建立二級迴歸模型,對溶脹溫度、溶脹時間和溶脹比的決定繫數R2,由一級迴歸的0.967 9、0.935 9和0.944 8分彆增加到二級迴歸的0.974、0.944 9和0.945 7。結果錶明,迴歸模型得到優化的試驗條件,能更好的評價UHMWPE的溶脹特性。

The swelling testing of Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE) are arranged by uniform design,and the testing results are analyzed by partial least square regression model.The coefficient of determination(R2) of swelling temperature,swelling time and swelling ration in regression model increased from 0.9679, 0.9359 and 0.9448 in the first regression to 0.9740,0.9449 and 0.9457 in the second regression.The conclusion showed that second regression model optimized testing conditions and can value swelling properties of UHMWPE better.
