在实际运用过程中,反拱底板往往会出现裂缝,造成底板出现裂缝的原因主要是在设计中对结构内力的计算与实际不符,所以有必要采用有限元方法对反拱底板进行分析。本文针对梁寨节制闸的工程实例,采用三维有限元分析软件MSC.MARC求解反拱底板在节制闸各荷载作用下所受的应力,判断其整体强度和稳定性,并对其工作性态进行分析。实例分析表明,三维有限元分析结果能较直观、准确反映结构的强度状况。

In practical applications,cracks are often occurred on the anti-arch floor.And the main reason of this phenomenon is that in the design,the calculation for the internal force of structures does not match the actual situation.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the anti-arch floor by using the finite element method.Here,according the the engineering case of Liangzhai controlling gate,the three-dimensional finite element analysis software MSC.MARC is adopted to solve the stress of anti-arched floor in the overall structure of controlling gate,judge its overall strength and stability and analyze its working condition.Examples demonstrate that the result of three-dimensional finite element analysis could reflect the strength situation of the structure more directly and accurately.
