该小型茶园中耕机主要针对我国南方茶园机械耕作过程中茶树树枝阻碍及枯枝、杂草缠绕实际情况,在烟草作物中耕机基础上进行的改进设计。本设计方案通过在旋耕刀旋转机构上方安装一组与之相对应的静刀片,通过静刀与动刀相互之间的间隙配合,利用静刀片上的锯齿形切刀将缠在旋耕刀上的杂草切断,再通过旋耕刀的翻转作业,将切断的草渣和短碎枯枝埋入土壤,该机同时采用了流线型整体罩壳的设计,进一步减小中耕机工作过程中的行进阻力,保证工作过程连续、流畅。
