采用离子色谱法同时测定合成药物中存在的四氟硼酸根、对甲基苯磺酸根、硫酸根、1,4-丁二磺酸根4种离子。对淋洗液及淋洗流速等色谱条件进行了优化,4种离子的分离度好,检测灵敏度高。被测离子的浓度在一定范围内与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r〉0.999。4种离子测定结果的相对标准偏差小于1%(n=9),加标回收率为98.2%-110.0%。
採用離子色譜法同時測定閤成藥物中存在的四氟硼痠根、對甲基苯磺痠根、硫痠根、1,4-丁二磺痠根4種離子。對淋洗液及淋洗流速等色譜條件進行瞭優化,4種離子的分離度好,檢測靈敏度高。被測離子的濃度在一定範圍內與色譜峰麵積呈良好的線性關繫,相關繫數r〉0.999。4種離子測定結果的相對標準偏差小于1%(n=9),加標迴收率為98.2%-110.0%。

A new method of simultaneous separating and determining tetrafluoroborate, p-toluene sulphonic acid, sulfate radical and 1,4-Butanedisulfonie acid by ion chromatography was established. Chromatography conditions such as eluant and its flow rate were optimized. Four ions were well separated with high sensitivity in the optimized experiment conditions. Concentration of each inon was linear with its peak area, and linear correlation coefficient was more than 0.999. The RSD of detection results was less than 1% ( n = 9) , and the recoveries were 98.2% - 110.0%.
