党校培训工作是高校党校工作的核心,目前高校的党校培训在教学理念、教学方式上都有了较大的发展,对学员的培训也具有一定的针对性和实效性,但随着社会环境的变化、教学资源的发展及教学理念的更新等,对高校党校培训的内容及培训的方式予以创新显得尤为必要.通过对当前高校党校培训工作中日常教育管理时渗透不足、党课设置多样性安排缺乏及对学员综合能力培养不足等现状进行分析思考,继而提出了将党校培训工作与日常考察相结合创新办学理念、必修课与选修课相结合创新培训模式、校内党校优势与社区党校优势相结合创新教学手段、网络资源与传统考试资源相结合创新考试方式等改进对策.
黨校培訓工作是高校黨校工作的覈心,目前高校的黨校培訓在教學理唸、教學方式上都有瞭較大的髮展,對學員的培訓也具有一定的針對性和實效性,但隨著社會環境的變化、教學資源的髮展及教學理唸的更新等,對高校黨校培訓的內容及培訓的方式予以創新顯得尤為必要.通過對噹前高校黨校培訓工作中日常教育管理時滲透不足、黨課設置多樣性安排缺乏及對學員綜閤能力培養不足等現狀進行分析思攷,繼而提齣瞭將黨校培訓工作與日常攷察相結閤創新辦學理唸、必脩課與選脩課相結閤創新培訓模式、校內黨校優勢與社區黨校優勢相結閤創新教學手段、網絡資源與傳統攷試資源相結閤創新攷試方式等改進對策.

The training is the core of the party school's task. At present, there are some developments in the training thoughts and training methods, and the training is also pointed and efficacious to a certain degree. However, the innovation of its contents and methods is more and more necessary due to the change of social environment, the development of teaching resources and the renewing of teaching thoughts. This article is to analyze the current situation of party school training, including the deficient daily educational administration, the monotonous curriculum provision, and the defective integration capability training for trainees. Accordingly, this article puts forward some proposals, such as schooling notions' innovation through the combination of party school training and daily inspection, training modes' innovation through the combination of obligatory course and elective course, teaching means' innovation through the combination of the advantages of party schools in universities and in communities, and testing styles' innovation through the combination of the network resources and traditional examination resources, and so on.
