研究了企业需求型和市场需求型2种任务的外包条件,建立了任务的分析模型,给出了这2种类型各自的任务外包分界点的计算公式,并对企业、任务和市场构成的系统的效率进行讨论,得出了提高系统效率的条件.研究认为,任务外包分界点实质是企业与市场分工的分界点,分工提高效率不是绝对的,是有条件的.根据提出的效率概念,企业完成任务的效率如果低于市场完成任务的效率,则任务外包,否则,企业自己完成任务.最后,给出一个较复杂的实例分析.

In this paper, the conditions for the task outsourcings of both the enterprise demand type and the market demand type are studied. A task analysis model is established, and the dividing point's formulas of the these two types of task outsourcing are given respectively. The efficiency of the system consisting of a enterprise, task and market is discussed, and the conditions improving system efficiency are founded. The research believes that the dividing points for outsourcing tasks are in fact the dividing points of corporates Dividing the work with the markets. That Dividing the work improves the efficiency is not absolute, is conditional. Based on the concept of the efficiency in this paper, enterprise accomplishes a task if at lower efficiency than a market, and the task outsourcing can happen, otherwise, doing it by themselves. Finally, a more complex example is given.
