采用1%醋酸水溶液直接对收集主流烟气的剑桥滤片进行简单的超声萃取,过滤后的萃取液用LC-MS/MS ESI负离子模式进行分析.研究了主流烟气中6种简单酚类化合物的LC-MS/MS法的液相操作条件、质谱分析测定参数、仪器最低检测限值、回收率、重复性、定量分析曲线等,为卷烟主流烟气中酚类化合物的定量检测建立了一种快速分析新方法,该方法具有前处理简单、分析时间短、数据可靠和回收率高等特点.
採用1%醋痠水溶液直接對收集主流煙氣的劍橋濾片進行簡單的超聲萃取,過濾後的萃取液用LC-MS/MS ESI負離子模式進行分析.研究瞭主流煙氣中6種簡單酚類化閤物的LC-MS/MS法的液相操作條件、質譜分析測定參數、儀器最低檢測限值、迴收率、重複性、定量分析麯線等,為捲煙主流煙氣中酚類化閤物的定量檢測建立瞭一種快速分析新方法,該方法具有前處理簡單、分析時間短、數據可靠和迴收率高等特點.

The mainstream cigarette smoke collected in the Cambridge filter pad was ultrasonic extracted by 1% acetic acid solution with no other pretreatment.The extract was filtered through a 0.45 μm membrane filter,and then was analyzed by LC-MS-MS system operated in electrospray negative ion mode.6 phenolic compounds in mainstream cigarette smoke were determined by optimizing the LC analysis conditions and MS parameters.The limit of quantification,recoveries,repeatability,and the quantitative analysis were obtained at the optimal analysis conditions.In conclusion,a new method of rapid quantitative determination of phenolic compounds in mainstream cigarette smoke has been established in this paper.The method has the features of simple pretreatment,rapid analysis,preciseness and credibility of the analysis.as well as high recoveries.
