华北油田水平井钻完井工艺起步较晚,技术很不完善,完井方式单一,尚未形成适于不同类型油藏、不同岩性储层的最佳完井方式.为提高水平井完井工艺技术水平,华北油田针对不同复杂断块油藏的地质特征,完善配套了水平井造斜段注水泥+管外封隔器的分段筛管完井工艺、尾管悬挂+造斜段注水泥+管外封隔器的变孔密防砂筛管完井工艺、水力喷射均匀酸化管柱以及防落物管柱.先后在50多口水平井上得到应用,并取得了较好的经济效益.

Horizontal well drilling and completion was developed late in Huabei Oilfield. The technology was imperfect and the pattern was single. The optimal well completion methods for different reservoirs and lithology were not formed. In order to improve the horizontal well completion, cementing in build-up section plus ECP seetionalized sereen completion, liner hange-ring plus cementing in build-up section plus ECP VariSPF screen completion, uniform acidification string of hydraulic jetting as well as junk preventing string were developed according to geologic characteristics of different complicated fault block oil reser-voirs. The techniques were applied in more than 50 horizontal wells and noticeable economic results were gained.
