目的比较不同胰岛素强化治疗对T2DM的疗效.方法 240例T2DM患者随机分为两组:诺和锐30组(124例)日3次诺和锐30皮下注射;诺和灵组(116例)日4次重组人胰岛素治疗(三餐前半小时注射诺和灵R,睡前注射诺和灵N).结果两组相比,诺和锐30组控制血糖更快,胰岛素用量更少,低血糖发生率更低.结论日3次注射诺和锐30,能更有效控制血糖,但需警惕低血糖发生.
목적 비교불동이도소강화치료대T2DM적료효.방법 240례T2DM환자수궤분위량조:낙화예30조(124례)일3차낙화예30피하주사;낙화령조(116례)일4차중조인이도소치료(삼찬전반소시주사낙화령R,수전주사낙화령N).결과 량조상비,낙화예30조공제혈당경쾌,이도소용량경소,저혈당발생솔경저.결론 일3차주사낙화예30,능경유효공제혈당,단수경척저혈당발생.
Objective To compare the antihyperglycemic effect between two types of insulin treatment in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 240 type 2 diabetic patients were recruited and hospitalized with 124 patients on biphasic insulin aspart (NovoMixR30) of thrice daily regimen and 116 patients on basal-bolus regimen of Novolin R injected before each meal and NPH insulin injected at bedtime. Results Patients treated with NovoMix 30 thrice-daily reached the blood glucose targets within a shorter period,took less insulin dosage and reported less hypoglycemic episodes when compared to those treated with basal-bolus regimen. Conclusions Thrice-daily injection of NovoMixR30 might be able to mimic the physiological profile of insulin secretion and shows better glycemic control with reduced hypoglycemic risk
