Sarcandra glabra%Ethyl acetate extract%Chemical constituents
目的：研究草珊瑚乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法：采用硅胶、反相硅胶、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析进行、制备液相等手段分离纯化，根据理化性质和光谱分析鉴定化合物结构。结果：从草珊瑚乙酸乙酯部位中分离得到了7个化合物，经鉴定分别为11，13-dihydroisolantolacton（1）、11α，13-dihydro-2α-hydroxyalantolactone（2）、santamarin.（3）、8-epi-ivangust（4）、异东莨菪素（5）、嗪皮素（6）、异嗪皮啶（7）。结论：化合物1，2，3，4为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
目的：研究草珊瑚乙痠乙酯部位的化學成分。方法：採用硅膠、反相硅膠、Sephadex LH-20凝膠柱層析進行、製備液相等手段分離純化，根據理化性質和光譜分析鑒定化閤物結構。結果：從草珊瑚乙痠乙酯部位中分離得到瞭7箇化閤物，經鑒定分彆為11，13-dihydroisolantolacton（1）、11α，13-dihydro-2α-hydroxyalantolactone（2）、santamarin.（3）、8-epi-ivangust（4）、異東莨菪素（5）、嗪皮素（6）、異嗪皮啶（7）。結論：化閤物1，2，3，4為首次從該屬植物中分離得到。
목적：연구초산호을산을지부위적화학성분。방법：채용규효、반상규효、Sephadex LH-20응효주층석진행、제비액상등수단분리순화，근거이화성질화광보분석감정화합물결구。결과：종초산호을산을지부위중분리득도료7개화합물，경감정분별위11，13-dihydroisolantolacton（1）、11α，13-dihydro-2α-hydroxyalantolactone（2）、santamarin.（3）、8-epi-ivangust（4）、이동랑탕소（5）、진피소（6）、이진피정（7）。결론：화합물1，2，3，4위수차종해속식물중분리득도。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from ethyl acetate extract of Sarcandra glabra. Methods: Column chromatography and spectral analysis were used to isolate and identify the constituents. Results: The ethyl acetate fraction from Sarcandra glabra was separated and purified.Seven compounds were obtained and identified as:11,13-dihydroisolan- tolacton(1), 11α,13-dihydro-2α-hyd- roxyalantolactone(2), santamarin(3), 8-epi-ivangust(4), scopoletin(5), fraxetin(6) and isofraxidin (7). Conclusion:Compounds 1, 2, 3, and 4 are isolated from this genus for the first time.
