　　目的：为李树根皮的进一步研究开发提供鉴别依据。方法：使用常规的粉末显微鉴别方法。结果：粉末中可见草酸钙方晶和簇晶，方晶众多且较大；导管为网纹导管和具缘纹孔导管；木栓细胞多角形，棕色或无色；纤维众多，成束，偶见晶鞘纤维。结论：以上显微特征可作为李树根皮的生药鉴别依据。
　　목적：위리수근피적진일보연구개발제공감별의거。방법：사용상규적분말현미감별방법。결과：분말중가견초산개방정화족정，방정음다차교대；도관위망문도관화구연문공도관；목전세포다각형，종색혹무색；섬유음다，성속，우견정초섬유。결론：이상현미특정가작위리수근피적생약감별의거。
Objective:To provide identification basis of the plum root bark for further research and development. Methods:The conventional method is to take a microscopic identification of powder. Results:Calcium oxalate crystals and crystal clusters can be observed in the powder. The cubics are numerous and large. Catheters are textured catheter or of bordered pits. Cork cells are polygonal, brown or colorless. Many fibers are of bunches. And crystalline sheath fiber can be found occasionally. Conclusion:The above microscopic characteristics can be regarded as the identification basis for the crude drug of plum root bark.
