目的 探讨鸦胆子油乳注射液(简称鸦油乳)抑制膀胱癌的作用机制。 方法 将不同浓度的鸦油乳加入体外培养的BIU-87细胞,观察对BIU-87细胞生长、组织结构及细胞周期的影响;对亚硝胺(BBN)诱导膀胱癌的 ICR小鼠行鸦油乳膀胱灌注,光镜和电镜观察对膀胱癌的抑制作用。 结果 鸦油乳对BIU-87细胞生长有明显的抑制作用,可直接破坏膀胱癌细胞膜、线粒体膜、内质网膜及核膜等膜性系统,使膀胱癌细胞变性并坏死;鸦油乳可阻止BIU-87细胞由G0/G1期向S期进展,抑制DNA合成。鸦油乳膀胱灌注对BBN诱导的膀胱癌早期病变有明显的抑制作用。 结论 鸦油乳对膀胱癌细胞有明显的抑制作用,为临床应用提供了实验依据。
目的 探討鴉膽子油乳註射液(簡稱鴉油乳)抑製膀胱癌的作用機製。 方法 將不同濃度的鴉油乳加入體外培養的BIU-87細胞,觀察對BIU-87細胞生長、組織結構及細胞週期的影響;對亞硝胺(BBN)誘導膀胱癌的 ICR小鼠行鴉油乳膀胱灌註,光鏡和電鏡觀察對膀胱癌的抑製作用。 結果 鴉油乳對BIU-87細胞生長有明顯的抑製作用,可直接破壞膀胱癌細胞膜、線粒體膜、內質網膜及覈膜等膜性繫統,使膀胱癌細胞變性併壞死;鴉油乳可阻止BIU-87細胞由G0/G1期嚮S期進展,抑製DNA閤成。鴉油乳膀胱灌註對BBN誘導的膀胱癌早期病變有明顯的抑製作用。 結論 鴉油乳對膀胱癌細胞有明顯的抑製作用,為臨床應用提供瞭實驗依據。
목적 탐토아담자유유주사액(간칭아유유)억제방광암적작용궤제。 방법 장불동농도적아유유가입체외배양적BIU-87세포,관찰대BIU-87세포생장、조직결구급세포주기적영향;대아초알(BBN)유도방광암적 ICR소서행아유유방광관주,광경화전경관찰대방광암적억제작용。 결과 아유유대BIU-87세포생장유명현적억제작용,가직접파배방광암세포막、선립체막、내질망막급핵막등막성계통,사방광암세포변성병배사;아유유가조지BIU-87세포유G0/G1기향S기진전,억제DNA합성。아유유방광관주대BBN유도적방광암조기병변유명현적억제작용。 결론 아유유대방광암세포유명현적억제작용,위림상응용제공료실험의거。
Objective To study the inhibition effect of brucea javanica oil emulsion on bladder carcinoma. Methods Using electron microscopy and flow cytometry,the effects of brucea javanica oil emulsion on human bladder carcinoma BIU-87 cell line in vitro and in BBN-induced bladder carcinoma in ICR mice were studied. Results Significant growth suppression of human bladder carcinoma BIU-87 cell line and BBN-induced bladder carcinoma in ICR mice was observed with the use of brucea javanica oil emulsion.Carcinoma cells retrogressed with brucea javanica oil emulsion being attacked directly on the plasmalemma system such as mitochondria and endoplasmic reticula.Remarkable G0/G1 phase cell accumulation and decrease in proportion of S phase cell were observed by flow cytometry after the drug administration.The DNA content diminished. Conclusions Brucea javanica oil emulsion,a traditional chinese medicine,can inhibit bladder carcinoma cell and might be helpful to the clinical treatment and prevention of bladder carcinoma.
