将丙烯酸(AA)-丙烯酰胺(AM)共聚物与聚乙烯醇(PVA)共混制得优先透水的渗透汽化膜用于分离40%~95%的乙醇水溶液,研究了膜的热处理温度、分离温度、共聚单体摩尔比、制膜液pH值等因素对膜分离性能的影响。当用AA∶AM=1∶1(mol)的共聚物与PVA等质量共混,制膜液pH=7,制得的膜经160 ℃热处理后用于分离95%的乙醇水溶液,其分离系数和透过速率分别为PVA膜的1.3倍和8倍。

Pervaporation hydrophilic membranes were prepared by blending acrylic acid-acrylamide copolymer with PVA and used to separate 40%~95%(mass%) ethanol water solution. The effect of the membrane heated temperature, separation temperature, mol ratio of AA and AM as well as pH value of the membrane-made solution on the property of membrane were studied. On condition that AA∶AM=1∶1(mol), copolymer∶PVA=1∶1(mass), pH value of the membrane-made solution was 7, the membrane-heated temperature was 160 ℃ and 95% ethanol water solution was separated at 50 ℃, separation factor and total flux of the membrane respectively reached 1.3 and 8 times of that of PVA membrane.
