结合攀钢低碳铝镇静钢深冲板的特点,试验研究了不同压下率对冷轧深冲钢板性能的影响。结果表明,冷轧压下率对低碳铝镇静钢常规力学性能及n值无明显影响,而对r值有明显影响。在冷轧压下率为73%左右rm值出现峰值,而Δr值随冷轧压下率的提高而下降。

The effect of cold rolling reduction on properties of deep stamping sheet were investigated. The experiment results show that the cold rolling reduction ratio has obvious influence on r-value of low-carbon aluminium-killed steel, but it has little influence on mechanical property and n-value. The rm-value of experiment steel is up to the maximum at reduction of 73%, but Δr-value decreases with increase of reduction.
