在啮合分析的基础上,以渐开面包络环面蜗杆传动齿形参数为优化变量,以接触线方向与相对运动速度方向的夹角和弹流动力润滑条件几何系数为优化目标,应用优化方法对这种新型传动进行优化,得出了优化变量的合理值,使这种新型传动的理论臻于完善.
在齧閤分析的基礎上,以漸開麵包絡環麵蝸桿傳動齒形參數為優化變量,以接觸線方嚮與相對運動速度方嚮的夾角和彈流動力潤滑條件幾何繫數為優化目標,應用優化方法對這種新型傳動進行優化,得齣瞭優化變量的閤理值,使這種新型傳動的理論臻于完善.
재교합분석적기출상,이점개면포락배면와간전동치형삼수위우화변량,이접촉선방향여상대운동속도방향적협각화탄류동력윤활조건궤하계수위우화목표,응용우화방법대저충신형전동진행우화,득출료우화변량적합리치,사저충신형전동적이론진우완선.
On the basis of mesh analysis,with the dentiform parameters of the involute surface enveloping hourglass worm drive as optimization variables,the angle between the contact line direction and the relatively movement velocity direction and the elasticity liquid power lubricate geometry modulus as optimization objects,the drive capability of the involute surface enveloping hourglass worm drive is optimized.The reasonable value of the optimization variable is deduced, and the theory of the new type of transmission is consummated.
