目的：探讨洁尔阴的体外抑菌作用。方法：用K-B纸片扩散法原液和1∶3洁尔阴水浸液滤纸片对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、甲型链球菌、乙型链球菌及白色念珠菌的抑菌作用进行了研究。结果：洁尔阴对以上细菌均有明显的抑菌作用。结论：洁尔阴在体外有明显的抑菌作用及抗真菌作用。
목적：탐토길이음적체외억균작용。방법：용K-B지편확산법원액화1∶3길이음수침액려지편대대장간균、금황색포도구균、백색포도구균、갑형련구균、을형련구균급백색념주균적억균작용진행료연구。결과：길이음대이상세균균유명현적억균작용。결론：길이음재체외유명현적억균작용급항진균작용。
Objective: To research on the in vitro growth inhibition effect of Jieeryin on bacteria. Methods: K-B paper was dispersed with original solution and the circular filter paper was presoaked with 1∶3. Jieeryin water extract and observed the effect on the following bacteria: Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus albicans,α-hemolytic streptoccus, β-hemolytic streptococcus Candida albicans. Results: Jieeryin had obvious effect of growth inhibition on bacteria. Conclusion: Jieeryin has significant in vitro effect of growth inhibition on bacteria and anti-fungal effect.
