应用模糊理论对某钢铁集团轧钢系统更新改造暨建设超薄热带生产线项目进行风险评价,以风险因素敏感度作为各风险因素的权重,建立了投资项目风险模糊评价一级模型,以各评价者基于主观判断的可靠性程度作为各评价者的权重,建立了投资项目风险模糊评价二级模型,得出该项目风险较轻的结论.

The risks of a iron and steel company's item of transformation and renovation of steel rolling system and building a production line of ultrathin hot band steel are appraised, the one-level model for fuzzy appraisal of item risks was established with the sensitivity of risk factors as the weights. The two-level model was also established with the reliability degree of every valuator's subjective estimation as the weights,the item risk is verified to belonging to the second degree.
