复方过氧乙酸溶液(STERIS 20 D消毒剂)系由30%乙酰水杨酸与30%一水过硼酸钠水解化合生成过氧乙酸与过氧化氢,与40%抗腐蚀缓冲剂混合而成。为了解其杀灭微生物效果,进行了悬液与载体定量杀菌试验。结果,在25℃,以其含392.30 mg/L过氧乙酸、2333.70 mg/L过氧化氢的溶液对悬液中大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌作用1 min,以其含1178.82 mg/L过氧乙酸、7726.07 mg/L过氧化氢的溶液对悬液中枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用40min,杀灭率均达100%。在50~55℃,以其含1178.82 mg/L过氧乙酸、7726.07 mg/L过氧化氢的溶液作用30 min,可将玻璃片表面HBsAg抗原性破坏。杀菌作用因有机物存在而减弱,随温度升高而增强。
複方過氧乙痠溶液(STERIS 20 D消毒劑)繫由30%乙酰水楊痠與30%一水過硼痠鈉水解化閤生成過氧乙痠與過氧化氫,與40%抗腐蝕緩遲劑混閤而成。為瞭解其殺滅微生物效果,進行瞭懸液與載體定量殺菌試驗。結果,在25℃,以其含392.30 mg/L過氧乙痠、2333.70 mg/L過氧化氫的溶液對懸液中大腸桿菌、金黃色葡萄毬菌作用1 min,以其含1178.82 mg/L過氧乙痠、7726.07 mg/L過氧化氫的溶液對懸液中枯草桿菌黑色變種芽胞作用40min,殺滅率均達100%。在50~55℃,以其含1178.82 mg/L過氧乙痠、7726.07 mg/L過氧化氫的溶液作用30 min,可將玻璃片錶麵HBsAg抗原性破壞。殺菌作用因有機物存在而減弱,隨溫度升高而增彊。
복방과양을산용액(STERIS 20 D소독제)계유30%을선수양산여30%일수과붕산납수해화합생성과양을산여과양화경,여40%항부식완충제혼합이성。위료해기살멸미생물효과,진행료현액여재체정량살균시험。결과,재25℃,이기함392.30 mg/L과양을산、2333.70 mg/L과양화경적용액대현액중대장간균、금황색포도구균작용1 min,이기함1178.82 mg/L과양을산、7726.07 mg/L과양화경적용액대현액중고초간균흑색변충아포작용40min,살멸솔균체100%。재50~55℃,이기함1178.82 mg/L과양을산、7726.07 mg/L과양화경적용액작용30 min,가장파리편표면HBsAg항원성파배。살균작용인유궤물존재이감약,수온도승고이증강。
The compound peracetic acid solution(STERIS 20D Disinfectant) was prepared by mixing peracetic acid, which was produced by hydrolytic combination of 30% acetylsalicylic acidand 30% sodium perborate monohydrate, with hydrogen peroxide and 40% anticorrosivebuffer. In order to know its germicidal efficacy, suspension and carrier quantitativebactericidal tests were carried out. The results showed that at 25 ℃ its solution containingperacetic acid 392.30 mg / L and hydrogen peroxide 2333.70 mg / L with a 1 min contact timecould kill 100% of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus in suspension and its solutioncontaining peracetic acid 1178.82 mg/L and hydrogen peroxide 7726.07 mg/L with a 40min contact time could kill 100% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger in suspension. At 50~ 55℃, its solution containing peracetic acid 1178.82 mmg/L and hydrogen peroxide 7726.07mg / L with a 30 min contact time could destroy the antigenicity of HBsAg on surface of glassslide. Its germicidal efficacy decreased due to presence of organic substance and increasedwith increasing temperature.
