应用流式细胞术分析烟草细胞在交变应力作用下细胞周期的变化。用特制的强声波发生装置产生频率和强度可调的交变应力场,研究不同频率和强度的交变应力作用后烟草细胞周期的变化。实验结果表明,在交变应力作用下直接影响细胞或细胞分裂的同步化,促进S期的DNA合成,有助于细胞有丝分裂。声波频率在400Hz至800Hz,强度在90dB到110dB内,随频率和强度的增加,交变应力使S期细胞明显增加,但频率或强度过大,反而使S期细胞大大减少。
應用流式細胞術分析煙草細胞在交變應力作用下細胞週期的變化。用特製的彊聲波髮生裝置產生頻率和彊度可調的交變應力場,研究不同頻率和彊度的交變應力作用後煙草細胞週期的變化。實驗結果錶明,在交變應力作用下直接影響細胞或細胞分裂的同步化,促進S期的DNA閤成,有助于細胞有絲分裂。聲波頻率在400Hz至800Hz,彊度在90dB到110dB內,隨頻率和彊度的增加,交變應力使S期細胞明顯增加,但頻率或彊度過大,反而使S期細胞大大減少。
응용류식세포술분석연초세포재교변응력작용하세포주기적변화。용특제적강성파발생장치산생빈솔화강도가조적교변응력장,연구불동빈솔화강도적교변응력작용후연초세포주기적변화。실험결과표명,재교변응력작용하직접영향세포혹세포분렬적동보화,촉진S기적DNA합성,유조우세포유사분렬。성파빈솔재400Hz지800Hz,강도재90dB도110dB내,수빈솔화강도적증가,교변응력사S기세포명현증가,단빈솔혹강도과대,반이사S기세포대대감소。
Flow cytometry was used to measure cell cycle parameters intobacco cell suspensions acted by alternative stress.The field of alternative stress was generated through a strong sound filed system.It was found that the effects of stress on cells depended greatly on the intensity and frequency of stress.In a certain range of intensity and frequency,the stress caused a significant changes to cell cycle paraments and an increase of the proportion of cells in S phase was seen,while the stress with higher frequency or intensity may cause the proportion of cells in S phase decreased evidently.
