对一株磷细菌的发酵条件进行了研究.其中,单因素发酵试验表明,碳源以2%的淀粉最佳,氮源以0.1%的NH4Cl最好.最适培养温度为37-℃,最适初始pH为7.0,最佳振荡频率为200-r/min,装液量为30/250mL,并进行了中试罐发酵分析,测定了罐发酵过程中的菌量、pH、还原糖及总氮的变化情况.

The fermentation condition about a kind of phosphate-solubilizingbacterium was studied. The single factor fermentation experiment indicated that the optimal carbon source was 2% starch and optimal nitrogen,0.1%NH4Cl.The optimal cultivation temperature was 37-℃ and optimal pH-7.0.The most suitable shake frequency was 200-r/min, and the most suitable volume of cultivated liquid in 250-mL conic bottle was 30-mL. We measured biomass and pH on the process of fermentation,as well as the changes of sugar and nitrogen.
