为了使喷气燃料达到国家标准GB6537—94的修改补充指标,设计了临氢脱色工艺对3号喷气燃料调合组分分子筛脱蜡精油进行精制。三年的生产表明,采用RN-1催化剂,在低温(160~179℃)、低压(1.35 MPa)、低氢油比(47~117)和高空速(2.2~5.5 h-1)的缓和加氢条件下,可以生产出合格的产品。介绍了设计特点和装置运行情况。

In order to make jet fuel meet the revision standard of GB6537—94,the hydrodecolor process was designed for refining molecular sieve dewaxed fine oil,a blending component of the 3# fuel.Three years'production showed that under conditions of moderate hydrotreating,i.e,low temperature(160~179℃),low pressure(1.35MPa),low hydrogen-oil ratio(47~117) and high space velocity(2.2~5.5 h-1),the qualified product can be produced by using the RN-1 catalyst.Design features and running of the unit were also introduced.
