随着双螺杆挤出机的高速、高效化,常规的螺杆元件越来越无法满足需要,因此设计新型的双螺杆元件变得尤为重要。提高物料在螺杆中的剪切、拉伸是物料充分混合的条件,拉伸速率的效果尤为明显,而这又恰恰是常规螺纹元件所不具备的。螺杆产生的拉伸速率与其几何形状有关,因而要在造型时尽量使双螺杆具有较强的拉伸作用。

As the development of twin-screw extruder to high speed and highefficiency, common twin-screw element is hard to meet this demand. Therefore, it is very important to design new twin-screw element. High shear rate and high elongation rate are the key factors to mixing, and latter is more effective. Common twin-screw element does not possess this effect. The elongation rate produced by twin-screw element depends on its design, so new geometry of twin-screw element should be designed for the purpose of high elongation rate.
