为扩大乙烯原料来源,在引进的烃 类蒸汽热裂解评价装置上,对吐哈稳定轻烃进行了裂解性能评价实验。结果表明:稳定轻烃 是 一种优质的裂解原料,在裂解温度为880~890 ℃,m(汽)/m( 油)为0.50~0.55,停留时间约为0.1 s时,乙烯收率可达31.86%,三烯总收率为54.02%。 稳定轻烃与石脑油共裂解时,乙烯、丙烯和丁二烯收率均接近库西石脑油。

위확대을희원료래원,재인진적경 류증기열렬해평개장치상,대토합은정경경진행료렬해성능평개실험。결과표명:은정경경 시 일충우질적렬해원료,재렬해온도위880~890 ℃,m(기)/m( 유)위0.50~0.55,정류시간약위0.1 s시,을희수솔가체31.86%,삼희총수솔위54.02%。 은정경경여석뇌유공렬해시,을희、병희화정이희수솔균접근고서석뇌유。
For expanding the feed source,the pyrolysis performance of natural ga s liquid(NGL)from Tuha Oil Field in the introduced bench scale pyrolysis apparat us. The results showed that NGL was an excellent steaming cracking feedstock, w hen pyrolysis temperature was 880~ 890 ℃,mass ratio of steam/oil was 0.50~0.5 5 and residence time was 0.1 s,the yields of ethylene and three kinds of el efin were 31.86% and 54.02%,Respectively. NGL was used as the steaming cracking fe edstock of millisecond furnace in Lanzhou Petrochemical Corporation and good eco nomic benefits were obtained
