成长期是企业发展的关键时期。根据成长期企业发展特点,发展主营业务、培养核心竞争力,是成长期企业发展的思路。盲目多元化必然使企业陷入困境。企业只有谨慎分析自身实力和所面临的市场环境,制定合理的经营战略目标,才能在竞争中保持长期稳定的竞争优势。

Growing period is the key period in the development of an enterprise. To develop the main range of business and
the core-competence is the main consideration of development in the growing- period of an enterprise. To work out
reasonable strategy, the enterprise is supposed to make overall analysis of its capability and market environment so that it can
be competitive in the development.
