采用均匀设计,在室温下研究了半连续培养中氮、磷浓度,更新率对三角褐指藻采收量的动态变化关系。结果显示,对16 d更新期,氮、磷浓度分别在0.5~35.9mg/L和0.3~12.1mg/L范围对采收量无影响,但氮浓度在8 d前宜用0.5mg/L。更新率增加,藻浓度下降,藻生长率增大。据16 d方程,最适更新率为18.2%,每ml培养体积日采收量可达667 000细胞。

This experiment was conducted to determine the dynamic effects of nitrogen, phosphorus concentration and renewal rate on recovery yields of Phaeodactylum tricornutum in semicontinuous cultures at room temperature by uniform design. The results demonstrated that nitrogen concentration ranging from 0.5 rg / L to 35.9 rg/L and plosphorus concentration ranging from 0.3 mg/L to 12.1 mg/L had no influences upon recovery yields during 16 d dilution, but 0.5 rg/L of nitrogen concentration was suggested before 8 d. Cell density decreased and growth rate increased while increasing renewal rate. The optimal renewal rate of 18.2% was postulated according to 16 d equation, and recovery yields of 66.7×104 cells per ml volume
of culture per day were obtained with this renewal rate.
