分析血清载脂蛋白C-Ⅱ(apo C-Ⅱ)、载脂蛋白C-Ⅲ(apo C-Ⅲ)、载脂蛋白E(apoE)在冠心病(CHD)中的变化特点。方法:测定196例CHD人、165例健康老年人的常规血脂及apo C-Ⅱ、apo C-Ⅲ和apoE的血清含量,并分析它们之间的关系。结果:CHD组与健康老年组比较,胆固醇(TC)、血清甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、载脂蛋白B(apoB)及apoCⅢ和apoE显著增高(P<0.001),apo C-Ⅱ明显降低(P<0.001),CHD不伴血脂异常(65.81%)时apo C-Ⅱ降低尤为突出,并伴高密度脂蛋白(HDL)和载脂蛋白Al(apoAl)明显降低(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析示apoC-Ⅱ、apo C-Ⅲ与TC、TG、LDL、apoB呈正相关(r=0.270~0.698,P<0.05~0.01),apoE只与TC、TG呈正相关(r=0.251~0.538,P<0.05~0.01),三者均与HDL、apoAl无相关关系。结论:血清apoC-Ⅱ、apoC-Ⅲ和apoE含量的测定有助于阐明CHD特别是当CHD不伴血脂异常时的发病机理。

분석혈청재지단백C-Ⅱ(apo C-Ⅱ)、재지단백C-Ⅲ(apo C-Ⅲ)、재지단백E(apoE)재관심병(CHD)중적변화특점。방법:측정196례CHD인、165례건강노년인적상규혈지급apo C-Ⅱ、apo C-Ⅲ화apoE적혈청함량,병분석타문지간적관계。결과:CHD조여건강노년조비교,담고순(TC)、혈청감유삼지(TG)、저밀도지단백(LDL)、재지단백B(apoB)급apoCⅢ화apoE현저증고(P<0.001),apo C-Ⅱ명현강저(P<0.001),CHD불반혈지이상(65.81%)시apo C-Ⅱ강저우위돌출,병반고밀도지단백(HDL)화재지단백Al(apoAl)명현강저(P<0.05)。Pearson상관분석시apoC-Ⅱ、apo C-Ⅲ여TC、TG、LDL、apoB정정상관(r=0.270~0.698,P<0.05~0.01),apoE지여TC、TG정정상관(r=0.251~0.538,P<0.05~0.01),삼자균여HDL、apoAl무상관관계。결론:혈청apoC-Ⅱ、apoC-Ⅲ화apoE함량적측정유조우천명CHD특별시당CHD불반혈지이상시적발병궤리。
To analyze the characteristics of the changes of the levels of serum apolipoprotein (apo) CⅡ, C-Ⅲ and E in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods: The serum lipids and apo C- Ⅱ, C-Ⅲand apoE levels were detemined in 196 patients with CHD and 165 healthy elders, and their association were an alyzed. Results: Compared with healthy elders group, serum cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein (LDL), apo B, apo C-Ⅲ and apo E levels in patients with CHD were significantly increased (P<0. 001), apo C- Ⅱ levels was significantly decreased ( P < 0. 001 ), moreover the apo C- Ⅱ level was particularly significantly decreased (P <0. 001) and apoA1, high density lipoprotein (HDL) levels were significantly de creased (P<0.05) when without abnormal lipids (65.81% ). Pearson's correlation coefficients indicated that
reach of apo C- Ⅱ and apo C- Ⅲ was correlated positively with TC, TG LDL and APO B (r = 0. 270~0. 698, P<0.05~0.01), apoE was only correlated positively with TC and TG (r= 0. 270~0. 698, P<0.05~0.01),none of apo C- Ⅱ, C- 1H and apoE was correlated with HDL and apoA1. Conclusion: It is suggested that deter mination of apo C- , C- Ⅲ and apoE are helpful for the elucidating of pathogenesis of CHD, particularly with normal lipids.
