目的 解决经典化学法测定硅铁中杂质元素周期长、 操作复杂、 步骤繁琐的问题. 方法 用 ICP-AES 法一次溶样,同时测定 Al, P, Ca, Mn 4 种元素. 结果 该方法具有良好的精密度和准确性, 相对标准偏差不大于 2.8%. 结论 该方法简便可靠, 可以代替经典化学法.

Aim To resolve the problems of long period, complex operation and many steps when determining impure elements in ferrosilicon by classic methods. Methods A method was tried to study for determination of four impure elements, Al, P, Ca, Mn at the same time by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometry. The sample was dissolved only once time. Results The recommended method is shown satisfying precision and acuracy, the relative standard deviation is less than 2.8%. Conclusion The method is proved to be simple and rapid, which can replace the classical chemical one.
